Privacy, in plain English.
This site is run by The Eleven Project LLC. We collect as little as possible.
What we collect
Only what you type into a form: your name, email, and anything else you choose to share in the contact form, or just your email if you sign up for updates. We don't use cookies, ad trackers, or analytics that follow you around the web. We count page visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies.
What we do with it
We use it to reply to you and, if you signed up, to send occasional marketing ideas. We never sell or rent your information. We may use a trusted email provider to deliver messages; they handle data only on our behalf.
Where it's stored
Form submissions are stored securely with our hosting provider (Cloudflare) and kept only as long as they're useful for the conversation or until you ask us to delete them.
Your choices
Want a copy of what we have, a correction, or everything deleted? Email darren@theelevenproject.com and we'll take care of it. Every newsletter includes an unsubscribe link and our mailing address.
